Indian cricketer KS Bharat presents his Test jersey to Chiranjeevi after meeting him

<p>KS Bharat, an Indian wicketkeeper-battler, presented his Test jersey to Telugu actor Chiranjeevi during their recent meeting.</p>

<p>The renowned Telugu movie actor was recently bestowed with India’s second-highest civilian honor, the Padma Vibhushan, in acknowledgment of his enormous contribution to the Indian film industry.</p>
<p>Bharat apparently praised Chiranjeevi on the enormous accomplishment when they first met.</p>
<p>Chiranjeevi and Bharat are seen posing with the jersey in a photo that has gone popular on social media.</p>
<p>Over the years, Chiranjeevi has solidified his position as one of the leading lights in the Telugu cinema industry. In addition, he has performed in films in Kannada, Tamil, and Hindi.</p>
<p>Chiranjeevi first stole the show in 1983 because to his outstanding performance in the action-packed movie Khaidi. Due to his unmatched national fan base, he has acquired the label of “Megastar.” Previously, Chiranjeevi received the Padma Bhushan award as well.</p>
<p>Bharat is now a member of the Indian Test team for the current home series against England.</p>
<p>The 30-year-old has recently been favored as India’s first-choice wicketkeeper in the longest format when Rishabh Pant isn’t available.</p>
<p>Prior to facing Australia in the World Test Championship (WTC) final, Bharat participated in the Border Gavaskar Trophy at home the previous year. The batter, who was born in Visakhapatnam, recently led India A to an undefeated century against the England Lions.</p>
<p>Bharat came to bat in the Hyderabad Test match against England as India was struggling to reach a 231-run goal at 119/6.</p>
<p>Along with all-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin, Bharat was the only specialist batsman for India after Joe Root dismissed Shreyas Iyer. Before Bharat returned to the pavilion for 28, the two put up a partnership of 57 runs. In the end, India lost every wicket on Day 4 of the first Test match and finished 28 runs short of the needed total.</p>
<p>When Rohit Sharma and company take on England in the second Test, which starts on February 2 at the Dr. Y. S. Rajashekar Reddy ACA–VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam, they will be eager to recover.</p>
