What You Should Know About The Impending Ability To Save Posts in Meta’s Threads

<p>Rival app Threads to Meta X has been testing a much-needed feature called “save posts,” which lets users remember their favorite messages for later viewing.</p>

<p>Instagram CEO Adam Mosseri revealed the function on Wednesday in a Threads post, adding that the firm had just recently begun the limited test.</p>
<p>The much-requested functionality of being able to store postings on Threads is now under limited test. Just as you can on Instagram, save your favorite posts to come back to later, Mosseri said.</p>
<p>Users who have taken the test may use the new save function by clicking the three dots in the top-right corner of a post.</p>
<p>Additionally, he invited people to recommend additional features they would want to see added to Threads.</p>

<p>According to the firm, Threads has surpassed 130 million monthly active users, an increase of 30 million from the previous quarter. During the company’s fourth-quarter earnings call, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg said that Threads is “growing steadily.”</p>
<p>In the first five days of its inception in July of last year, Threads reached 100 million registered users, setting a new record. But eventually, the interest waned.</p>
