Delhi: Amit Shah is the event's chair as the MHA's top officials conduct their "Chintan Shivir"

The second “Chintan Shivir” of Ministry of Home Affairs top personnel got underway on Friday in New Delhi.
The occasion's moderator was Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Interacting with ministry top officials in order to “evolve an action plan for implementation of PM Modi's “Vision 2047″” is the goal of this “Chintan Shivir.”
On April 18, Shah oversaw the inaugural “Chintan Shivir” of top MHA personnel, during which he placed a priority on creating an ecosystem for managing cybercrime, modernizing police forces, enhancing the use of IT in the criminal justice system, managing land borders, and coastal security concerns.
The Union Minister continued by emphasizing the need for more AI usage to use the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems (CCTNS) database for critical analysis of crimes, making cities safer for women, children, and vulnerable groups.
The inaugural “Chintan Shivir” had the dual goals of reviewing the Ministry's operations and developing an action plan to carry out Prime Minister Narendra Modi's “Vision 2047.”
Shah also emphasized the need of accelerating the hiring process, saying that hiring should begin far in advance of any anticipated future openings.
